Having worked with start-ups for a majority of my career, as an adviser, operator and an investor, I aim to act as a true partner to founders. Their motivation and drive to find solutions are deeply inspiring. I seek founders with the persistence and ambition to scale their businesses, who remain steadfast and determined when facing hurdles along the way.
Background
I studied Business Administration with a focus on Financial Markets and earned my CFA charter shortly after graduation. I began my career in Equity Research and Corporate Finance before transitioning into venture capital. My first role in venture was with an early-stage fund in India, focusing on Pre-Series A and Series A investments in Consumer, Agritech, and Climate tech sectors across South and Southeast Asia.
Seeking to broaden my perspective, I pursued an MBA at the University of Cambridge. Following my MBA, I spent a year at Sifted, where I authored reports on the European early-stage venture landscape.
In 2024, I joined Mercia, where I focus on investments in the Midlands region, identifying and evaluating new opportunities and executing transactions across early and growth-stage businesses.
