Fifth Dimension, which provides decision intelligence for real assets, has raised $26M in a Series A led by HV Capital with participation from Prudence, Mercia Ventures, MMC and AFG, alongside continued support from Speedinvest, Seedcamp and Anthemis. The raise accelerates expansion across the US and Asia Pacific, where the company has opened a Singapore office and added clients across the region. The funding will also deepen the platform’s data intelligence and agentic AI capabilities.
Professionals across real assets, from investment managers and asset managers to lenders, rely on data scattered across dozens of disconnected systems, including ERPs, deal platforms, data rooms, spreadsheets and PDFs. Until now, this institutional data has never been brought together. Fifth Dimension’s platform unifies structured data and unstructured documents into a
single intelligence layer, combining them with market analytics and agentic AI that prepares analysis, surfaces risk, and delivers decisions proactively. With every output traced to source and every insight verified, it provides the transparency that institutional capital demands.
Deal cycles are compressing, data volumes are growing, and the gap between what firms need and what their tools deliver is widening. Generic AI tools and internal builds have largely failed institutional operators because real assets are structurally more complex than other domains. Managing a single asset can involve years of financing, dozens of stakeholders, and layers of
covenant and compliance data that general-purpose tools are not designed to handle. Fifth Dimension is purpose-built for this complexity, with a semantic layer that understands the relationships within real estate data, powered by proprietary AI models purpose-trained on real estate workflows rather than relying on a single general-purpose provider.
Clients use the platform for everything from deal screening and IC memos to financial modelling, portfolio optimization and fund reporting. Firms are deploying five times more capital with the same team, increasing net operating income by 5%, and underwriting complex deals in days instead of weeks.
“We started Fifth Dimension because decisions that shape where people live, work, and invest deserve better intelligence,” said Dr. Kate Jarvis, CEO and Co-founder. “Real estate isn’t a problem you can solve with generic AI. We are building the intelligence layer that this industry has never had. Firms that move now will define competitive advantage for the next decade. This
round lets us scale the only decision intelligence platform built specifically for real assets, globally.”
The platform deploys in two weeks with no data migration required, connecting to a firm’s existing systems. Knowledge compounds over time as processes are captured, standardised across teams, and inherited by new starters on day one, freeing professionals to focus on what they do best: judgment, relationships and strategy.
