How we work with founders
Every founder journey is different, so our approach adapts to the needs of each business.
We begin by getting to know the company, the leadership team and the ambition behind the business. Early conversations are focused on understanding what you are building and where you want to take it.
Not every conversation leads to investment, but we believe discussions should always be constructive. Many founders we meet stay connected long before (or even after) a funding round.

What happens after we invest
Investment is the start of a partnership rather than the end of a process.
Once we invest, we work alongside founders and leadership teams as businesses enter their next phase of growth. This might involve supporting commercial expansion, helping strengthen leadership teams, preparing for future funding rounds or navigating new markets.
Our role evolves as companies grow. In the early stages we may work closely with founders on strategy and key decisions, while later our focus often becomes more board-level and strategic.
