Prior to joining Mercia, Dean was Head of UK Institutional at Franklin Templeton, where he was responsible for leading the firm’s institutional strategy and deepening engagement across the market. He previously led the Government and Strategic Institutions team at Invesco, and held a senior business development role at Royal London Asset Management, managing and growing relationships across a broad range of institutional clients.
Dean began his career at Fidelity and has consistently focused on supporting institutional investors throughout his career. He holds a degree in International Business and Finance and is an IMC holder.
