Background
Before joining Mercia Ventures in 2024, I worked as an Investment Manager for the Future Fund at British Business Bank (BBB). I also passed Level 2 of the CFA exams and spent three years as an Investment Research Analyst at a quantitative investment firm in London.
During this time, I supported a wide range of businesses, facilitating loan conversions, exits and structured transactions for high-growth SMEs, while also assisting companies through loan maturities. I have extensive experience in data analysis and have built robust data dashboards to monitor both financial and operational risks of small businesses, ensuring effective management of taxpayers' interests.
At Mercia Ventures, I focus on supporting entrepreneurs in building high-growth businesses across the North of England, with a particular focus on the Manufacturing, Tech and SaaS sectors.
