I studied International Business Management at university, which provided me with a solid foundation for developing strategic insights and identifying growth opportunities. After graduating, I joined a global education provider as a business graduate, initially focusing on international growth strategies, operations and project management.
In 2019, I took on the challenge of managing an investment portfolio advising early-stage technology companies across the UK. My work centred around providing strategic guidance, connecting companies with vital resources and helping them overcome the challenges that come with early-stage growth.
I joined Mercia in 2024 and I continue to focus on supporting companies through the complexities of growth, always focusing on driving long-term success. My portfolio consists of 10 companies spanning various sectors.
