Background

As a go-to-market Operating Partner, I help scaleups tackle growth challenges and build sustainable strategies. I started my career in recruitment, running my own business for seven years before moving to a US start-up called Appirio, Inc., one of the first cloud companies to partner with Salesforce.com.

At Appirio, I led marketing in Europe and helped drive growth until its acquisition by Wipro for $500M. I’ve since served as CMO for Modulr, a FinTech backed by $100m+ from PayPal and General Atlanti, and Hive Learning, an EdTech with $25M+ in funding.

I now work as an advisor to scale-ups globally, based in San Francisco, delivering impact through my people and GTM accelerator programmes. In parallel, at Mercia Ventures, I focus on supporting the entire portfolio across all sectors with a specialism in marketing and sales GTM. I also conduct due diligence on new investments, support US expansion strategies and help the firm build thought-leading content while fostering a community of CROs and CMOs through masterclass events.
